Prosecutors of the International Criminal Court (ICC) said on Wednesday (Nov 27) they would seek an arrest warrant for Myanmar's military leader Min Aung Hlaing for crimes against humanity over the alleged persecution of the Rohingya, a mainly Muslim minority.
