U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Taiwan representative Lin Hsin-yi have met at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Lima, Peru. The pair are said to have had a warm exchange, discussing how to continue strengthening the U.S.-Taiwan relationship and maintain regional peace and stability.
