As of 5:00am on Friday, Nov. 15, Severe Tropical Storm 'Pepito' (international name: Man-Yi) continues to intensify, nearly reaching 'Typhoon' categorical strength. 'Pepito' was last located 795 km east of Guluan, Eastern Samar, sustaining maximum winds of 110km/h, and a gustiness of up to 135km/h, while moving in a westward direction. (Courtesy of DOST-PAGASA)
