"I was outside with my dogs when a sandstorm hit," the filmer, Robin, told WooGlobe. "There was stuff flying everywhere, especially my hair. I got a good giggle."
Robin admitted she was briefly worried the intense wind might blow her puppy away.
"It was wild out here," she added.
The storm, which impacted central California, was reportedly powerful enough to cause power outages.
