Bridgend named best recycling county in Wales

Bridgend county borough has been named as the best recycling county in Wales after achieving an almost three quarters rate of recycling over the last 12 months. It comes as 18 out of 22 local councils hit welsh government targets, with Cardiff one of those not making the cut.
