Frances and Stephen were enjoying a day out in Dartmoor with their son, Mason, who has a deep love for animals.

While walking in a new area, they spotted a sheep in the distance, barely moving and looking trapped.

As they got closer, they saw that its head was caught in a metal wire of the fence, and the poor animal was in distress.

Stephen immediately stepped in to help.

After several attempts, he managed to free the sheep from the wire, and it quickly ran off.
