Dominica, an incredible island in the Caribbean, needed more than one episode. This time I am going EXTREME! Waterfalls, hikes and wacky tours were all lovely excursions and always fun with friends. But I didn't come just to play, I came to be EXTREME!

I am Cara, formerly of the Crabby Captain and Sunny Sailor. But now I am a solo sailor who is moving on and nothing can stop me now. I have adventures that are exciting, thrilling, scary and inspiring. Life as a female sailor isn't easy. Doing it solo, is even harder.
