More than 200 tourism packages across Malaysia are available at the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia Carnival 2024 (KCCM 2024), a three-day event at the Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex starting Friday (Oct 25).
At the opening ceremony, Tourism, Arts, and Culture Deputy Minister Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan highlighted the carnival’s theme, "Crafting Holidays," which encourages domestic travellers to explore local destinations with exclusive packages offered during the event.
Khairul Firdaus also reported that from January to June 2024, Malaysia recorded 127 million domestic visitors, generating RM53.2bil in tourism spending.
