Taiwan’s foreign minister, Lin Chia-lung, is on a visit to Taiwan's diplomatic allies in the Caribbean and Latin America. His trip, which takes in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Guatemala, Saint Lucia, Belize and Saint Kitts and Nevis, is his first since he was appointed in May.
