After his wife dies, Jason starts to become a hermit and chooses to spend his days cooped up in their small town's church attic. When a scale model in the likeness of his town comes into his possession, he realizes that he can do marvelous things for their community. However, being the anonymous helper around town doesn't come easy, especially when the corrupt mayor takes credit for his hard work.
