"Piano Man" musician Billy Joel may resemble actors Robert Downey Jr. & Sylvester Stallone. The pair were characters in Marvel Cinematic Universe films: Downey was the Avengers hero Tony Stark / Iron Man in several films since 2008 & Stallone played Starhawk / Stakar Ogord in 2 Guardians Of The Galaxy movies in 2017 & 2023.

Additionally, there were reports a film project was being developed around 2010 that would see Stallone produce a biopic drama on the 19th century poet Edgar Allen Poe. Robert Downey Jr. was sought for the lead but the project was not completed.

Connections: With the release of Avengers: Endgame in 2019, several Marvel actors (Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Mark Ruffalo, Paul Rudd, Danai Gurira, Karen Gillan and Brie Larson) performed a version of Billy Joel's 1989 song We Didn't Start The Fire on an April 22nd episode of late night NBC talk show, The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.
