House market favours buyers as asking prices rise more slowly than usual, says Rightmove

The average price tag on a home has increased by less than usual for the month of October in what is currently a market favouring buyers, according to a property website. Across Britain, the average asking price for a property increased by 0.3% month-on-month, or £1,199, to reach £371,958 in October, Rightmove said.
