The government has agreed to establish a centralised channel at Urban Transformation Centres (UTC) to assist low-income citizens in applying for aid across various agencies.

When tabling Budget 2025 on Friday (Oct 18), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also said that government service counters would continue to be improved, with the Road Transport Department (JPJ) already extending its operating hours by one hour.
