In a bid to attract Gen-Z into teaching careers, some schools have introduced quality of life measures like nine day fortnights (working 9 days in every 14, rather than 10), and two free periods a week to give them a lie-in. Would you be in support of these perks or are teachers given enough time off already? Are teachers more overworked and underpaid than other jobs? What would you suggest to get more teachers into the profession?
