An explosion at a Russian military depot in the Tver region reportedly triggered a 2.8 magnitude tremor following a Ukrainian drone attack.

Local authorities claim the fire was started by debris from a downed UAV after an air defense interception. Residents of the nearby town of Toropets were evacuated to a nearby town for several hours.

Russian media report that the depot in Toropets—a historic town with 11,000 residents—stored missiles, ammunition, and explosives.

The town is located about 500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
