Blackpool face Sheffield Wednesday at Bloomfield Road in the third round of the EFL Cup this week.

Seasiders boss Steve Bruce knows the Owls well having managed the club back in 2019.

The 63-year-old didn't spend too long at Hillsborough, after departing the South Yorkshire outfit to join Newcastle United after a number of months in charge.

Despite things not working out at St James' Park, Bruce says he's got no regrets.
