Recipe Dessert
Our love for coconut desserts is no longer in doubt... In verrines, in rolled cakes or even in flans, this sweet fruit adapts to a whole host of sweet recipes that we love! And yet today, we think we have found our favorite coconut dessert: Raffaello tiramisu! These little crispy balls made of wafer, white chocolate, almonds and coconut are irresistible, and combined with the deliciousness of a tiramisu as soft as a cloud... Ingredients:
- 10 Raffaello
- 1 Tbsp grated coconut
- 2 cups mascarpone or cream cheese
- 3/4 cup cream (30% fat)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/3 cup milk(+/-)
- 18 lady fingers
To decorate:
- 1 Tbsp grated coconut (+/-)
- 7 Raffaello (+/-)
