Paramedic short staffing sees VIC man die after ambulance took more than four hours to reach his home

An elderly man has died after an ambulance took more than four hours to reach his home in Surrey Hills this morning. His death coincided with a major paramedic shortage overnight. The union says the state was fifty crews short, as the government grapples with a crisis more than a decade in the making.
