Microsoft has appointed Carolina Dybeck Happe as its new executive vice president and chief operations officer. Previously a senior vice president and chief financial officer at GE, Dybeck Happe will report directly to CEO Satya Nadella. Her role will oversee various departments to enhance business processes and accelerate Microsoft's AI transformation.
