Bukit Aman Management Department director Comm Datuk Seri Azmi Abu Kassim delivered the tribute on behalf of Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain at the "Tribute to Tun Hanif" event, held at the Royal Malaysia Police College on Thursday (Sept 12).
