King Charles meets survivors of Southport stabbings

The King witnessed a sea of floral tributes to the children killed in the Southport stabbings as he visited the Merseyside town to meet survivors.

His Majesty met members of the community in the Town Hall before a private event with some of the children who survived last month’s attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class and their families.

Charles was then due to travel to a community fire station to thank frontline emergency services for their response to the incident, alongside local politicians and faith leaders.
