Gaza protesters march in Chicago ahead of Democratic convention

Tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian activists are expected to converge on the Democratic convention this week in Chicago where Kamala Harris will formally accept the party’s nomination for president.
Representatives and senators have been advised not to book hotel rooms under their own names, and some have said that they “expect violence” as anger about American support for Israel’s war in Gaza returns to the streets.
