Canberra Health Services says it has removed more than 800 condoms from its community health centres after a bungle that saw ultrasound probe covers mistakenly handed out as contraceptives. It's been revealed as many as 20 organisations may be caught up in the mix-up. Sexual Health and Family Planning ACT yesterday issued a recall for its condoms, warning anyone who'd received a pack they supplied in the past six months to discard it.
