Lincolnshire County Council has agreed to fix the crumbling wall around Skegness Clock Tower in time for an ambitious Remembrance display featuring thousands of poppie. However Mayor of Skegness Coun Ady Findley, who is a local builder, and his friend Wayne Hannah, have offered to step in if there are any delays.
