Footage shows communities underwater after Hurricane Debby swept across Florida.

The video shows the community of Colonial Oaks in Sarasota, Florida suffering the after effects of the extreme weather which killed at least five people.

The hurricane slammed into Florida at 11am on August 4, 2024, before weakening to a tropical storm.

After the storm hit, Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency for 61 counties across the state.
