Ford has turned its fleet business, "Ford Pro," into a major profit driver, generating over $18 billion in adjusted earnings and more than $180 billion in revenue since 2021. Fleet sales make up nearly 20% of US light vehicle sales annually and represent a large opportunity. Ford Pro leads the US fleet market with around 30% share of new commercial vehicle registrations, followed by GM and Stellantis. Ford aims to achieve $1 billion in annual software and services revenue from Ford Pro by 2025 focused on fleet customers.
