30g milk (2 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract

10g cocoa powder (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
20g caster sugar (1.5 tbsp)
20g hot water (1.5 tbsp)

110g all-purpose flour (1 cup)
110g caster sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
110g butter (1/2 cup)

90g semi-sweet coating chocolate (2/3 cup)
40g heavy cream (3 tbsp)
