This is Little Jazzy! She was found on the streets of Tijuana in a critical situation. She is only 8-10 months old. She was emaciated at 22 pounds and was suffering from injuries and infections due to untreated leg fractures. Her leg was atrophied and frozen in the wacky position you see - parallel to her spine. But, that didn’t stop her from scratching her itchy face. Thank you to Jackie Reich, and everyone who donated for giving her a better life.
