Transport Commissioner Clive Clarke has refuted a claim that an ambulance transporting a critically-ill patient in Tobago on Monday was stopped by Licensing officers.


Our reporter Elizabeth Williams tells us that despite the Transport Commissioner's insistence that his officers were not involved, comes word that the ambulance was not only stopped, but the driver was questioned by licensing officers and police in Lowlands, as to the nature of the emergency.
