With the rains, the Krishna river overflows and the Srisailam project gets heavily flooded. Officials said that if the flood continues like this in the month of August, the gates of the Srisailam project will be lifted.
భారీ వర్షాలతో కృష్ణా నది ఉప్పొంగి ప్రవహిస్తుంది. దింతో శ్రీశైలం ప్రాజెక్టుకు భారీగా వరద వచ్చి చేరుతుంది. ఆగష్టు నెలలో వరద ఇలానే కొనసాగితే శ్రీశైలం ప్రాజెక్టు గేట్లు ఎత్తే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.
