I will install Rad and then modify one of the examples to make a game instantly. This will work for 3D Rad 7:22 or Rad Sandbox. The examples with 3D Rad are older but you will still be able to modify and publish them, even compile them with the included compiler.
Rad Sandbox is newer. We have been working on it for three years now. It has six gigabytes of content included free with the download. Models, landscapes, roads, tracks and much kore. And several dozen game templates ready to modify.
