Weather to gradually improve as ‘Carina’ exits Philippine area of responsibility

Typhoon “Carina” (international name: Gaemi) left the country’s area of responsibility on Thursday morning, July 25, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Based on the PAGASA's bulletin at 11 a.m., Carina was last located 515 kilometers north-northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.
