UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres welcomes the Beijing Declaration signed by the Palestinian factions in Beijing, said his chief spokesperson Stephane Dujarric.

He said the UN chief encourages all factions to follow up on the commitments they made while stressing the crucial of Palestinian unity for the people there.
