Father and toddler dead after pram falls on tracks in Sydney's south

A father and his two-year-old daughter have died after being hit by a train in Sydney's south. He went onto the tracks to rescue his twin daughters after their pram rolled off the platform. One child was rescued unharmed, but the man and the other child were killed. Police called the father's actions 'heroic'.
