Dinosaur fossils found after rains in Rio Grande do Sul
After the heavy rains and floods in Rio Grande do Sul, researchers from the Federal University of Santa Maria find a dinosaur fossil in the municipality of Sao Joao do Polesine that is around 233 million years old. According to the researchers, the bones are from a carnivorous dinosaur from the Herrerasauridae group.
