ABC Investigations has revealed how a sovereign citizen group is using a fake court to justify attempting to kidnap children involved in custody disputes. The group has been harassing families, judges, police and businesses across the country with bogus legal claims. One man who has been targeted by the group has told the ABC that he lives in fear that his children will be taken.
