- Explore a densely packed, tiny open world town at any pace and in any way you like. Slow, fast, by foot, by car, by paraglider! It’s up to you.
- Uncover a wholesome story through hilarious interactions with weird Sprankelwaterians.
- Collect TURBO JUNK and upgrade the boost capacity of Terry’s very own car.
- Catch insects, dig holes, destroy cars, become rich, wear hats.

Terry was on his way to Petera Pet shop through Sky Plaza when the Mayor announced the Sky Tower, a building so tall that you cannot see the end of it (Which means it is so tall that its end touched space) and Terry asked the Mayor about the road on the building since he was the only one who heard the Mayor and probably the only person to listen to his announcement. The roads on the building were supposed to be a symbol that Sprankelwater is known to have a lot of road accidents and the Mayor starts blowing up like a balloon and float to space. When you inspect the Sky Tower mini figure or any symbolic figures of Sprankelwater in the Plaza, you can hear Mayor's voice explaining everything about the figure you're inspecting from its history to its symbolism (Neat!)
Now then...Pet-with-Petera can be found in Katsklep and when you talk to her, she will ask Terry to find blueprints for her new creation: Gummy Pup (Yes, the very same Gummy Pup based on those statues in the Plaza). Unlike other pets, Gummy Pups don't need to be fed, can be taken for a walk, and quite sturdy (Hence why Petera said that they can take quite a beating) or in short, better version of pets. She made the blueprints but then threw them out from the window for some reason which Terry's react by saying that she is strange, yet he agreed to help her get those blueprints anyway. Those blueprints are scattering everywhere but you will get those blueprints as you explore and there are 7 of them in total.
Near Pet-with Petera is The Laundry House. Olger here sells what he called "Magic" to everyone which with the help of his Organ device, he will show you the location of objects Terry may have forgotten through one of the washing machines. Going out, Terry meets a man named Steelkees and Steelkees asks Terry if he would like to join him which Terry can decide whether to accept or think about it later.
