Cabot Circus will be hosting one of only nine Official Team GB and ParalympicsGB Fanzones this summer.

FANSTAND will bring a 10-week long big screen sporting showcase at the historic Quakers Friars.

Locals will be able to sit on comfortable branded deck chairs and cool off with colourful fans, all available for free (while stocks last).

There will be a special appearance from the Official Team GB Mascot “Pride the Lion” on August 4 from 11am to 3pm, as well as soon-to-be revealed appearances from athletes returning from Paris throughout the duration of the fan zone.

From July 26, to coincide with the Olympics opening ceremony day, Table Tennis England will be making an appearance alongside professional player Louis Price who will hit balls with locals on the newly installed table tennis tables in Quakers Friars.

FANSTAND hosted the Wimbledon fan zone during the first half of July. The area as well as the screen will be transformed to have Team GB branding for the Olympics.
