Recently Donald Trump’s classified documents case got a shake up in Florida, namely in that it was thrown out by Trump appointed Judge Aileen Cannon. The dismissal throws out over 100 years of legal precedent, but now a legal analyst and former U.S. attorney says this could actually be a boon for special counsel Jack Smith.
