The Blue Nation is being invaded by theTan army. Sarge and Riff go to the Blue Nation to help the losing Blue forces, managing to repel the Tan. Brigitte, heartbroken to see her city in ruins, reveals the location of Plastro's headquarters in the Toy Store.
Meanwhile, at the Toy Store, Plastro has Vikki tied up, claims that since Brigitte left him, she will be his wife and sends his soldiers to keep her guarded in a gum dispenser while he plans to use highly destructive rockets to destroy all the toy nations that oppose him.
Sarge's commandos manage to reach the toy shop and split up with Sarge trying to rescue Vikki, Brigitte and the rest trying to capture Plastro. Sarge manages to rescue Vikki and she tells Sarge about the cohetes and they both rush to stop them, managing to accomplish their mission. Meanwhile, Brigitte betrays the Bravo Company by sending them into traps so the Tans can capture them and win back Plastro's trust.
After destroying several trains containing the rockets, Sagre & Vikki see Plastro taking Brigitte to the pool table and they both split up with Sarge chasing Plastro and Vikki after the remaining rockets. She manages to destroy the rockets when Sarge arrives at the pool table...
