The second victim who consumed crackers suspected of containing rat poison, passed away at Penang Hospital on Friday (July 12), two days after his older brother’s passing.

The boy’s mother, Nurain Hasnorizal said Muhammad Luth Syauqi, age 2, breathed his last at 1.24 pm.
