Ukraine President Zelenskyy reported 64 hospitalized in Kyiv, 28 in Kryvyi Rih, and 6 in Dnipro after Russian missile strikes on July 8 killed at least 41 people across the country.

This was the heaviest bombardment of Kyiv in four months.

The strike on Okhmatdyt children’s hospital, which interrupted open-heart surgery and forced cancer patients outside, drew international outcry.

Kyiv declared Tuesday a day of mourning.

The UN says there is a ‘high likelihood’ that the missile was fired directly from Russia.

Ukraine claims to have unequivocal evidence that the children's hospital was hit by a Russian KH-101 missile.

The Russian Ministry of Defense denies these accusations.
