Drone footage captures striking scenes from Poyang Lake, China's largest freshwater lake in Jiangxi province.

The iconic pagoda and temple on Louxingdun island are partially submerged as floodwaters rise due to heavy rainfall and increased water inflows.

The water level exceeded the 19-meter (62 feet) warning level by 2 meters (6.6 ft) for the first time this year, reaching 21.29 meters (70 feet), according to state agency Xinhua News.
