A fatal multi-vehicle collision on Adelaide's Southern Expressway resulted in significant traffic disruptions on Friday afternoon. Around 4:50 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving a truck and four cars near Huntfield Heights. A 58-year-old man from Christies Beach, driving a green Ford Falcon, tragically lost his life at the scene. Three other drivers, involved in the collision, were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. As detectives investigated the site, a sizable portion of the motorway was closed, causing major traffic delays.
