सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट (Cucutta High Court) में बार लाइब्रेरी (Bar Library) के द्विवार्षिक सम्मेलन में हिस्सा लिया. जहां उन्होंने बार सदस्यों को निधन (Death of Bar Memers) पर होने वाली छुट्टी पर सुझाव दिए. सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने कहा कि बार के किसी सदस्य के निधन पर न्यायिक कार्य को शेष दिन के लिए बंद करने की प्रथा को समाप्त किया जाना चाहिए. इसके साथ ही सीजेआई (CJI) ने कोलकाता समकालीन न्यायिक विकास पर आयोजित एक सम्मेलन में भी स्पीच दिया.
