Kannada superstar Darshan Thoogudeepa and his partner Pavithra Gowda was arrested on June 11 for their alleged involvement in a murder case. They are accused of killing a fan named Renuka Swamy. Darshan Thoogudeepa has been remanded to judicial custody till July 4. On June 10, two men surrendered at the Kamakshipalya police station for killing Renuka Swamy due to financial dispute.
