The superhero genre continues to be wildly popular, with a number of shared universes currently in play. The next highly anticipated upcoming Marvel movie is Shawn Levy's "Deadpool & Wolverine," which will feature Hugh Jackman's return as Wolverine. Channing Tatum commented on Jackman's ripped Wolverine post, and of course that sparked all the Gambit comments.

Those of us who spent years watching the Marvel movies in order know that a number of projects have been announced and scrapped. That includes Channing Tatum's Gambit movie, which was shelved years ago. But fans think he might play the beloved X-Man in "Deadpool 3," especially after he commented on Jackman's post.
