The Court of Appeal on Tuesday (June 25) annulled three duplicate charges against police officer Sheila Sharon Steven Kumar, known as 'Inspector Sheila,' for threatening a woman, insulting a man's physical appearance, and humiliating a subordinate police officer in June last year.
