The eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao may experience cloudy skies, scattered rain showers, and thunderstorms due to warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, known as the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday, June 25.
