Footage has emerged of a vicious brawl at Royal Ascot that left one racegoer covered in blood.

People watched on in horror on Friday as two men dressed in suits wrestled each other on the ground.

One man had to be restrained by onlookers as he tried to kick another racegoer who was on the floor.

The second man, who was wearing a brown suit, was then led away from the brawl with a bloody nose.

The shocked crowd can be heard shouting 'easy, easy' in the video that has been shared widely on social media.

Revelers have been traveling to the famous Berkshire racecourse over the past five days for the Royal Ascot event.

While many people go to enjoy the horse racing, others are there more for the social side of Ascot with pints of lager flowing throughout the day.

The King and Queen were at the event yesterday and watched from above inside the royal enclosure.

The footage shared on social media comes after MailOnline revealed yesterday that fists also flew in a car park inside the grounds on Thursday night.

Then at Zeus Bar on Ascot High Street drunken racegoers engaged in boxing matches between each other as they spilled out of the venue at the end of the day.

Officers from Thames Valley Police used their bicycles to form a barrier around the entrance as their colleagues wrestled men to the floor, while other customers continued to party inside.

On Thursday two women were among the handful of people arrested on suspicion of affray and threatening behaviour.

One lady, wearing a body-hugging black dress was pictured being hauled away by police, as she called over her shoulder for help.

One man was forced up against a wall as he was put in handcuffs.

Another appeared to be pleading with officers to be released after he had been loaded into the back of a police van.

Racegoers were expected to drink their way through 60,000 bottles of Champagne across the five days of Royal Ascot.

MailOnline has contacted Royal Ascot and Thames Valley Police for comment.
